The mission statement for Our Savior’s is “To love Christ and all others.” A “Planning Party” is scheduled for 6 pm next Saturday July 27 which will begin with a picnic on the church grounds, all food provided. You are urged to participate while we then focus on helping our various ministries to coordinate and strengthen our efforts. Hosting the evening is Mary Kartak. YOU are a key to the outcome.
Women’s Ministry will be collecting school supplies for Valley View Elementary, from July 21st to August 11th. (No late donations please) Valley View is a Title 1 school in Roy. There is a box in the Narthex for your donations. We are hoping to fill two or three more boxes.
We are anxious to get the ball rolling again. The women’s retreat is coming fast. Plus it is time to hear where Ashley’s visions will take us. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend a planning meeting after second service August 4th.Ladies, if you are not part of the OSL Women’s Ministry you are missing out!!! GOLF FOR THE SON
OSL Men’s Ministry is sponsoring the “Golf 4 the Son” annual tournament. It will be held at Schneider’s Bluff Golf Course on August 17th. Remember as you play other golf courses or shops ask about donations for prizes. Thank you, Dan Kartak-John Deitsch and Marty Simonson
